Michael R. Albrecht

Mr. Albrecht joined HDS Group to provide the backbone and structure in the expansion of the home building division, specializing in the land acquisition, entitlement, and development of projects. Before joining HDS Group, Mr. Albrecht worked in land acquisition for the publicly-held homebuilding company Richmond American Homes. Mr. Albrecht also was the co-founder of a real estate company in Washington, DC, focusing on the redevelopment of multi-family dwellings. Mr. Albrecht began his real estate career by trading mortgage-backed securities on behalf of a mortgage banker in Saint Louis, Missouri.
