With comprehensive and diverse experience working for top 10 publicly traded developers as well as smaller entrepreneurial firms, John Fong brings a depth of understanding to his position of Project Manager that complements his fellow HDS team members.
John originally parlayed a degree in Civil Engineering with honors from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, into highly regarded positions with Centex Homes and Young Homwa.
He is responsible for negotiating and overseeing all detail intensive aspects of HDS projects. His areas of influence include engineering, design review, development, architecture, landscape, infrastructure and other improvements, budgets, schedules and permits. John has also assumed the mantle of “team manager” and guides all HDS professionals, on staff and consultants alike, to achieve the goals envisioned by the HDS principals.
