Dee comes to HDS Group with an extensive background in property management and real estate development. She worked with a developer from 1988 to 1995 assisting with 4 master planned industrial parks and several retail shopping centers.
Dee managed the shopping center in Pomona by Cal Poly Pomona University for 11 years along with overseeing the managers of a large apartment community in Alhambra, California and two condominium complexes in Costa Mesa. She is a team player and a hands on manager and now manages HDS Group's assets and contracts.
Additionally, she will oversee the property management for The Triangle at Chino Hills, a 104,000+ square foot retail and restaurant shopping center
