With over 4 decades of financial management experience in the real estate development industry, David’s view is diverse, disciplined and pragmatic. His positive attitude and highly evolved executive skills in the challenging business of homebuilding and land development were developed by lengthy stints with both public and entrepreneurial firms. Additionally, David has 18 years’ experience in public accounting, working primarily with homebuilders and land developers, which makes him uniquely qualified to structure complex deals, capitalize them, and handle all aspects of financial management.
