HDS develops urban infill and suburban projects in several markets. We acquire and develop most types of real estate: mixed-use, retail, residential, civic and commercial. We create these opportunities for our own portfolio and for third party clients. Our skillset includes every facet of development from feasibility studies prior to land acquisition to land planning and entitlements, then architecture and product design. We are also experienced in new construction, rehabilitation and historic preservation. And ultimately, we oversee all the marketing, project branding and sales efforts until the last escrow and/or lease has closed.
